Agreement to Verify Application Information
THIS APPLICATION AND OFFER TO RENT IS SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE
LANDLORD. THE PROPERTY IS OFFERED WITHOUT RESPECT TO RACE, COLOR, CREED,
SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN OR FAMILIAL STATUS.
By signing below, the applicant(s) and co-signer(s) hereby consent to allow Fort
Lowell Realty and Property Management, Inc., its agents or employees, to obtain
consumer reports and criminal record information on each of us and to obtain and
verify my (our) credit from credit reporting agencies and employment information
from my (our) employer and verify my (our) rental history from current and previous
landlords and other references that I (we) have supplied on the Rental Application
and Tenant Information Form for the purpose of determining whether to lease an
apartment, condominium or house to me (us). I (we) also agree and understand that
Fort Lowell Realty, its agents and employees may obtain additional consumer reports
and criminal record reports on each of us in the future to update or review our
account. Upon my (our) request, Fort Lowell Realty will tell me (us) whether
consumer reports or criminal record reports were requested and the names and
addresses of any consumer reporting agency that provided such reports.
